We had a few sips left of both of our drinks and a waiter came and asked us to move downstairs because they had a booking upstairs. We finished our food and it was cleared, we called for a waiter to pay the bill as we chose a dish with a supplementary £2 so that is what we had left to pay. We enjoyed the yuzu pork and beef lettuce wraps. The karaage chicken was nice however the katsu sauce was so watery. The sweet and sour chicken was as far from sweat and sour as it could be, the pepper in it was limp and the chicken didn’t taste like chicken. Our food game and the flavour was lacking in many of the dishes. They then cleared our interactive tablet and we had to start the order again and re select all the dishes. Our send order wasn’t working so we called for a waiter who never came and just cleared tables around us or stood talking. There is an option on the interactive table to send order and call a waiter. There are some dishes with an additional charge and we asked about this but they said it was included in our options even though it wasn’t. They explained it wrong, including what drinks were included in the package so we had to order again. The host just left without explaining to us how the restaurant works and we had to wait for someone to come and explain. A lot of the other tables around had no guests but had still not been cleared. When we were sat we were taken upstairs to a table surrounded with dirt on the floor including discarded napkins. After the masterclass everyone had to queue up the stairs to wait to be sat for a while, the person seating people was very slow. The masterclass was amazing and the magician was so impressive and we loved it. We attended for the magic masterclass which we had booked and paid for in advance which included food and drink to an extent. If I didn't like it in the US and shure don't like it in the UK! A disguised way to have high prices and not commiting with better salaries. The really bad thing for me they present you with a 15% (or near that) service charge.

Inamo would be better off with a menu on each person's phone through a QR code and invest on decoration to bring the beauty it once had. The app has several issues, for instance 'a la carte' shows everything in the same page and scrolling is not that good. The games are for each person and not for the entire table to play. Ease person has its own quarter of the screen. If you already have a dish in front of you the display is hidden and you have to move it away. You were able to check your order wilst it was being made, you could play some games with the people on your table, the dish would become illuminated in white once it had arrived in front of you, the dinning room had all sorts of colour schemes giving it a very futuristic look and you were always able to read the menu.Ĭurrently, it's just a oriental restaurant with some massive tablets converted into tables.Īs you can imagine the problems start here. Inamo's experience was all about not only the order process but the rest of it. Some seem crazy headless chickens that don't know really well what they are doing (for instance 2 of them asked for help to check the reservation system) and then you have the dinning room manager (I think) always making sure everything was OK.
Regarding the staff, you have a bit of everything. Also, it does take too long to get to you after placing the order. was acceptable (unless you haven't tried other places you will agree with me that it isn't bad but it could be better) it lacks attention to detail.
